Cancellation Policy
Please make cancellations 48 hours prior to service. After 48 hrs a 50% fee will be charged to your card. No call no shows, will no longer be allowed to book. If you're running behind or need to reschedule due to an emergency, please reach out at 312. 646.8810. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled unless otherwise discussed. Please note, our clients receive one rebooking per deposit as long as the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours before the original appointment. After the second missed appointment the client will forfeit the deposit and will be charged the cancellation fee of 50%. The client will not be able to rebook until the cancellation fees are assessed. Life happens, so let’s just treat one another with dignity and respect for our time.
